Thanks for commenting Bstrom. You&#039;re right when you say &#039;adding or removing appreciation&#039;. It can work both ways. I think I had just the overrating of our images in mind when I was writing this - that we think they&#039;re better than they maybe are. 

However, giving ourselves that breathing space can also help us appreciate our images even more over time, which is another good reason to do so. :)]]></description>
